We’ve been out checking residents know about the planning application for a new Harris secondary school on High Path. Those nearby should have got an official council notification, but we wanted to make sure people saw it because it is a significant development for the local area. The application has been submitted to the council from the Education and Skills Funding Agency. The need for a school follows on from more and more families choosing to live here, and the successful expansion of local primary schools.
