Carl Quilliam
Councillor for West Barnes Ward
Carl is a former civil servant who has worked as a manager across local government, the third sector and the private sector. For more than 5 years he worked for one of London’s largest housing associations, championing social housing and investment in care services.
He lives along Bushey Road with his wife and daughter and has campaigned for step free access for our local stations and for more investment in truly affordable homes.
