The Wimbledon CLP
Wimbledon Constituency Labour Party (CLP)
We’re your local hub for Labour activity—campaigning for Labour values, developing policy with members, and working to elect Labour candidates.
Our members lead the way: knocking on doors, running street stalls, organising events, standing in elections, and fighting for a better future.
There’s a role for everyone. Let us know how you’d like to Get Involved.
As a Labour Party member, you’re also part of your Constituency Labour Party (CLP), local Branch (BLP), and Young Labour (if you’re aged 14–26).

Branches
Wimbledon Labour Party is organised into 4 multi-ward branches. Their membership is drawn from the party members who reside or are registered to vote within the wards.
Your branch is your first port of call for getting involved with the local party. Attending a branch meeting provides an opportunity to meet neighbours who are members, discuss local and national issues, and identify ways you can contribute. They are:
- Abbey and Wandle
- West Wimbledon, with Hillside, West Barnes, and Raynes Park plus the WCLP parts of Old Malden Village, and Old Malden
- Wimbledon Park & Village
- Wimbledon Town and Dundonald & Merton Park
