Residents across Merton and Wimbledon can now report any neighbourhood issue – all in one place – thanks to the Labour-led Council’s latest initiative. From potholes and fly-tipping to graffiti and street safety concerns, the new reporting system makes it quicker and simpler for people to raise issues affecting their streets.
Previously, reporting different issues could involve multiple contacts and forms. The new centralised system allows residents to report problems online or by phone, ensuring faster responses and a more coordinated approach to keeping our neighbourhoods clean, safe, and well-maintained.
How to report issues:
-
🌐 Online: merton.gov.uk/reportsort
-
📞 Phone: 020 8274 4901 (option 6)
This improvement is part of the Labour-led Council’s ongoing commitment to building safer, greener, and better-maintained streets for everyone in Merton. Residents are encouraged to make full use of the new reporting system and help keep their communities thriving.
